Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

All credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is complete. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment and can be used at any time — they never expire.

2. Automatic Credit Refunds

• If a video generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed will be automatically refunded to your account balance within minutes.
• If a generation is stuck in processing for more than 30 minutes without completing, the credits will be refunded automatically.
• Refunded credits are returned to your account balance and can be used for future generations.

3. Eligibility for Monetary Refunds

• You may be eligible for a monetary refund if you were charged for a credit pack but credits were not delivered to your account due to a payment processing error.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from the purchased pack.
• Duplicate charges due to a payment error are fully refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Credits that have already been used to generate videos.
• Dissatisfaction with the quality or style of generated videos — AI results may vary and are inherently creative.
• Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@aieffect.art with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address, the date of purchase, the amount charged, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved monetary refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
